Taher, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Gulf One Investment Bank, Bahrain, -- the first Saudi Arabian woman to head a bank in the Gulf region; and former Chief Economist, Saudi National Commercial Bank, where she was the first Saudi Arabian woman to hold such a position.
